Great items, horrible management. Wish I could give a big 0 stars. The employee who seems to always be there is extremely aggressive, rude, and incompetent. They were giving me and my friends very mean glares as we walked around the store. The only reason I could think that the employee would have been angry is that we were loud-ish. But we had to speak a little louder because one of the friends in our little trio is hard of hearing. But again, I do not know why the employee was upset, because they never addressed it. So we were about to checkout and I was looking at stickers, and my two friends were talking and one wanted to get by to see the stickers I was looking at, so the other moved out of the way because everywhere is very tightly packed. My friend accidentally bumped into a lanyard holder. And one of the rods holding a few lanyards fell off. So my friend tried to pick them up and fix it obviously because that's the polite thing to do. But the employee came over and told us in a rude tone to watch what we were doing. We apologize and my friend is still trying to get the rod back on and the employee starts raising their voice and telling him to just give them the lanyards and rod. So he does, cause the employee asked. And we were all confused why they were being so aggressive sounding, but we didn't say anything because we were just in shock. And then the employee just pointed at the doors and told us we're being disruptive to the store and to leave before they called security. How could we be disruptive to a store without a single other customer? Accidents happen and some things can get knocked out of place, but to want to call security over a rod that held maybe 5 lanyards, that is very easily fixable? It seems like the employee really just didn't like the sudden reality of working retail stores. The only logical explanation I can think of for why the employee acted the way they did was because they had a bad day and wanted to take it out on the last customers of the day. I tried to apologize after as well, but they wouldn't stop giving us the most disgusting look. It was a really unprofessional, uncomfortable, and absurd experience. Read moreI wish there was an option to rate this store a zero. The manager of the store sold me size 0g silicone ear plugs and told me they were size 2g. It wasn't until my boyfriend put them in and experience extreme pain and having to cut them out did we realize that we were sold the wrong size. I contacted the store owner who was extremely rude. He blamed us for being sold the wrong size and told us he could give us half off the same pair. Remind you we needed a 2g and he wanted to sell us another 0g. On top of explaining to him that my boyfriend basically dead stretched his ear the owner said that was perfectly fine to do! What Idiot would say that is OK!?! So he went on saying that he would sell me the same pair for half off, I told him I would not shop at his store again even if it was free. I asked for his name and he hung up on me. I've worked in customer service many years and understand mistakes happen, but for the store owner to be as rude as he was with the situation that could of ended in the hospital is beside me.
