Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

I haven't been to Burger King for a few years. I decided to stop here for a quick supper before getting groceries. I ordered an Impossible Whopper, which is a plant based hamburger. It was just like a regular Whopper. It you I redeemed points. My only complaint was that I ordered cheese on the Whopper, and they didn't put it on. They have done this to me before. When will they learn? UPDATE: June 3, 2024-I redeemed points on the app, since they were about to expire. I redeemed them for a value size Diet Coke, which was smaller than what I normally order. I also ordered an Impossible Whopper and Medium Onion Rings. Yes, they put cheese on the Impossible Whopper! All of it was delicious, but a little messy. I got stains on my clothes. UPDATE: July 20, 2024-I ordered the Fiery Bacon Whopper, Medium Onion Rings, and a Diet Coke. As you can guess, the Fiery Bacon Whopper is pretty hot. So hot that I had to have a glass of milk with it. Whether I will try it again, I don't know. UPDATE: October 5, 2024-I ordered a Whopper Jr, Medium Halfsies, and a Medium Diet Coke. Halfsies are a side with both French Fries and Onion Rings. If you want a little bit of both, it is well worth it. I got the Whopper Jr for free, because I redeemed points. It was a delicious meal. UPDATE: October 27, 2024-This time, I ordered a BBQ Bacon Whopper Jr, Medium Onion Rings, and a Diet Coke. I always thought Whopper Jrs only came the regular way, so this was different. It was delicious, and something I would order again. UPDATE: January 8, 2025-This time, I tried something new, so I ordered their Shrooms and Bacon Melt Sandwich, Medium Onion Rings, and a Medium Diet Coke. I have never had one of their Melt sandwiches before, so this was different. It was delicious. I am willing to try it again, and I am also willing to try their other Melt sandwiches. UPDATE: January 22, 2025-I had points about to expire, so I redeemed them for free Medium Onion Rings. Along with that, I ordered a Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and a Medium Diet Coke. I have never had any of their chicken sandwiches before, and this tasted great. The whole meal was delicious. UPDATE: May 18, 2025-The Burger King finally reopened, and it is all nicely remodeled. It looks about like the west side one. I wanted to try the Steakhouse Bacon Whopper, which I found out about from a survey. I ordered it, along with Medium Onion Rings, and a Medium Coke Zero. It was delicious, and tasted great. I hope they make it a permanent part of the menu, but I think it is a limited time item. UPDATE: July 17, 2025-They have come out with another Whopper I wanted to try. This is the BBQ Brisket Whopper, and it is delicious! It is well worth it, but unfortunately, it is another limited time item. I redeemed points on this meal, so I got free Medium Onion Rings. I rounded out the meal with a Medium Coke Zero. It was delicious, but especially the BBQ Brisket Whopper! UPDATE: September 11, 2025-They have now come out with another Whopper, this time the Crispy Onion Whopper. I ordered it along with Medium Onion Rings. The Crispy Onion Whopper has onion rings, bacon, and BBQ sauce on it. It is delicious, but unfortunately, it is another limited...

First off, the indoor was locked 30 minutes prior to 10pm. I was originally going to do carry out. Was forced to use drive thru. Which leads to the second issue. I normally don't have any problem, but the drive thru teller during this time period was awful. She was disrespectful as well. I work in customer service. And I try to keep things as easy as possible. But her poor communication skills and to be rude to me, when I literally made my order and payment as simple as possible. She ignored basically everything the customer said and assumed when proceed to mess up. First was the order, then the payment. Then she brought up the manager when there was no need. Then claimed I didn't "specify". I was very clear in everything. But that's the issue with these workers now and days. They create problem and don't hold themselves countable. She needs to be fired. She didn't have a name tag, so I can only describe her features. Braided black long hair and African American....

Worst bk experience ever! My burger was cold, cool to touch cold. I brought it up to counter and had to wait in an empty restaurant, no customers and the manager hiding around the corner. I stood there patiently. Four minutes to be exact. I showed him the cold to touch meat patty. He yells back i need a hot whopper. The kid in the back literally placed a wrapped whopper in the microwave and handed it to me. I asked him if this is normal way to heat a burger. He said he was just warming the bun. Well this burger was at least warm. Never going to this particular bk ever again. I was unaware the meat pattyz were not freshly grilled. Kinda really upset that they are only warmed up.
