Richmond City Center — Local services in Richmond

I get that's its super packed cause of the discounts you get at Foodsco but i really don't like how there are a bunch of people always in your face begging for money when clearly you can tell what they use it for. Yesterday i came out of the store with my groceries and a man randomly grabs the cart to "help" me out. He was smoking and i had my 3 month old in the cart. I was like 2 cars away from my own. Didn't ask for his help. Got to the car and he held out his hand. After looking at him like "yeah" he said "a dollar please." i said " sorry i don't carry cash" which I never do. But before i could finish that sentence he kept asking "please ma'am a dollar" even if i had a dollar... Um for what? Randomly grabbing my cart to help me walk 2 cars away and blowing your nasty smoke around my daughter? After he walked away i seen him randomly grabbing bags out of someones cart a couple of cars away from us. Didn't ask them either if they were interested for his assistance. Then asked them for money too. Honestly...

I would come here when I lived in Richmond. It's a center I'd only come to I'd I lived in the area. The crowds aren't pleasant. There's an Autozone, a burger king, Tmobile, a foodsco, a check cashing, a beauty supply, a pizza place, a Chinese food, a Donut shop- I have to say that I have this thing about pastries & these are the BEST donuts I've EVER had in my LIFE., a Walgreens, a laundry mat, and a nail shop. It's the customers that go to the FoodsCo, and the Check cashing place, and the random people that stand outside that deter me from wanting to go there to this center. Oh but those amazing donuts and their ice cream makes the trips...

That is the worst Walgreens Pharmacy that I ever went to...they will say your medicine is ready when you call on the phone and you get there and it is not ready...(SO MAKE SURE IT IS) if you going to do business there in that little Mall do it early in the morning because you don't want to go there in the afternoon or evening you don't... THAT CHECK CASHING PLACE THAT WAS IN THERE HAVE MOVE TO 2300 CUTTING BOULEVARD, AND THAT CHECK CASHING PLACE GO TO LUNCH BETWEEN 1:30-2:30pm and they are closed and I mean close never heard of it but they...
