San Francisco Pizza & Restaurant — Restaurant in Richmond

This would be the second time I ordered from this pizza place. The first time was okay so I decided to give it a second chamce today and lemme tell you, I really wish I didn't.

DO NOT GET THE SHRIMP BURRITO! The burrtio was made with bland ingredients that were your typical burrito fixings but somehow none of it tasted good. The guacmole tasted store bought. The tortilla tasted stale and was pretty thick for a burrito, almost like eating thick bread. The shrimp!! OMG the shrimp!! Was horrible, it was definitely canned shrimp. I know canned shrimp when I taste it, bland, rubbery, and not seasoned at all.

Bought salsa and chips. DONT DO IT!! The salsa usually should be easy, i mean taco bell is Americanized but still has the ability to make semi likeable salsa. This salsa was so gooey and sour, almost like it was old and expired. Imagine the jarred salsa Verde you can buy at a grocery store, then imagine eating it expired, thats what it tasted like.

FINALLY, THE PIZZA!! I figured since the restaurant is called San Francisco Pizza, maybe the pizza would be better than the burrito and Mexican eatery...errrrgg WRONG AGAIN I ordered a deep dish pepperoni pizza for my lol brother and sister, I caught myself grabbing a piece after picking at the the shrimp burrito, and it was just soo much cheese. I love cheese and i hardly complain about something food related, but there was so much cheese, i caught both my brother and sister grabbing handfuls of this thick cheese right out of the pizza, and throwing pieces away. Usually a deep dish pizza would have more sauce, but there was not nearly enough for a deep dish, it was dried at the top. So it was basically, a cheeseball with a lil bit of pepperoni, with raw dough..... Like I said, I normally don't complain about food, but it really seemed someone who doesnt know food put my food together in a rush, with no love or care for the customer. This experience, cost me 70 dollars in total, not including the tip i gave or tax. But the upside, they were on time. Sooooooo....one star

The five stars are for the pizza...Three stars for the chicken wings. But 0 stars for delivery person

But the deliverer was incredibly rude. I was expecting the order to show up as stated approximately 2:40. My phone rang at 2:23. I told the driver that I will be up at the top, I live on a Boat, in 6 minutes. I left my phone on my boat. I saw a silver car, which he said was in drive away as I approached the gate. I went back to my boat and got my phone. I noticed he called again at 2:28. I called back and he shouted at me telling me he waited a long time. I said, I told you I would be there in six minutes. He continued shouting at me. I went up where my husband was also waiting for him to return. He showed up in the same silver car riding as a passenger with no indication he was from Grubhub. The vehicle had Uber stickers on it. My phone was ringing when the woman driver was pulling away. He did not even roll the window down to ask if I was Sarah.I got up and said hey. He stopped and got out . I proceeded to tell him I didn’t appreciate being shouted at. My husband approached us, and the deliverer turned all nice. I know it is not Grubhub’s fault. It is the delivery person’s fault for behaving with deplorable matters. I wish I hadn’t left a tip. Next time I will not leave a tip on my credit card. I will choose cash. I probably will order again, but if I am shouted at I will stop ordering. Thank you...

Not worth the wait. Lets begin with customer service. The paper ad with 10% off of online order coupon code doesn't work. Secondly, when the order is placed, there is no text nor email confirmation. Thirdly, on the receipt marked "DriverNotes: CALL BEFORE", the driver didn't call.

Now let's talk about the alleged "hand-spun dough"... it's not. We ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza.... and talk about disappointment. So freakin' stingy with the meat AND the cheese... SERIOUSLY?!

Not a good tasting pizza. In fact, we always order larges JUST for leftovers... not this time. The garbage can got the leftovers. The price of this pizza from SF Pizza was comparable to Round Table's All Meat Marvel.

Save your money. Don't give your garbage can heart burn with this "not so good" pizza. As for me, I won't be ordering my pizza from...
