This review is specifically for the folks who handle passports. First time I was in they turned me away because we had written in blue instead of black ink. I spoke to a post office worker at Mira Vista Station and she said that they should have let us redo the forms right then and there.
I lost time at work. So did my husband since we are both required to be there for our kid’s passport.
2nd appointment, I mixed up the days and I came a day earlier.
I understand that these incidents were our fault and my complaint is about how irritated, rude and unhelpful they are at this post office.
It’s not necessary, and their bitterness was witnessed by our kid and our kid’s friend who couldn’t understand why these people were being so rude and unhelpful.
We will never come back and all I can hope is that these peoples’ lives and their feelings about their work improve so they don’t spread their bad vibes and bitterness around. This world doesn’t...
