Burger King — Restaurant in Richmond

2 months ago old workers left which saddened me greatly as they were pretty fast. New workers since then weeeeellll. I was hoping they’d get faster and better.

Now this is ridiculous. I always order 4 Jr breakfast burritos. This morning I added a #12 for my coworker. I got the #12 and 1 jr burrito after a good 9 minute wait. This is not the first time something gets messed up but what is more frustrating is that it was my fault.

“Where are my burritoS?” “You ordered one it’s in the bag.” “I ordered 4.” “No you ordered one! If you like I can put an order for the rest.”

I was already late to work on top of having sinus issues so I left. I start unwrapping the burrito and thought it was weird that it was wrapped twice. The first wrapping is stuck to the burrito like a second skin. Good thing I didn’t receive 4 like this and that they are...

Waited at the order terminal for 15mins, before being able to order. English Language barrier hindered the person from being able to understand our order, or explain the menu. The car in front of us stayed at the pay window for an additional 10mins while that passenger walked to the pickup window for the food. We finally paid, just to have our order incorrect at the pickup window. After restating our order, the person said, "you did not pay. We asked to pay at the window. She told us to, "go back to line." Closed the window, and walked away. This Burger King is not friendly to people who speak English as their 1st language. The service is less than sub par. The fries were not hot. It is just disgusting how the workers and management don't change their grease. Burnt grease makes the food taste nasty! Waisted money going here because the quality of the food was a 0 on the scale of 1-10. Weird thing about it, is that the smell of the burnt grease hits your nose before you open the door. Customers still sit down and eat their food like this. Just shows how use to the nasty taste burnt grease from this place.
