As a college student, I was nervous about how I was going to be able to get work done and expected the repair to take several days. Jun was able to fix my laptop within a day, which is earlier than I anticipated and for that I am so grateful! I appreciate the time Jun took to repair my laptop over the weekend, taking into consideration that I would need my laptop before I head back to school on Monday. Before I came to Jun, I first went to Apple about my laptop. From the get go, I was told it would take days - up to a week - and that it would cost $800. When I asked what was wrong with my laptop that it would warrant me to pay that much, all that was said to me was a vague answer saying that they would need to โdig aroundโ. Again, as a college student that was a lot of time and money that I canโt afford to lose, especially when I was not even given a clear answer as to why. Jun, on the other hand, was super flexible with his time, was able to explain to me what went wrong and why, and the pricing was amazing in comparison to Apple....

I got in contact with Jun and gave him the information with the current dilemma I was facing. He was very responsive and very honest with me. He stated that unfortunately he did not have the parts on hand and would have to order them which would not be an issue and would still love to help, however due to my tight time frame he wasn't sure he was going to be able to complete it in time. Very honestly, he did refer me to reach out to Samsung themselves as they usually have the parts on hand since it would be their product. He also gave me his rate of repair which was very reasonable compared to the $$$ everyone else is asking for and gave me some sound advice on looking for repairs should I ever have another issue with another advice. Quite rarely you find someone who is genuinely looking to help someone out rather then trying to make a quick buck.
