I’ve been searching for a firm mattress for months, trying the firmest option in every store I visited, but none of them were firm enough. I was hesitant to visit this place at first because it seemed more like a general furniture store. However, as a last resort, I decided to give it a try and I found the perfect mattress: the “Ultra Firm Mattress.”

I placed my order on Saturday 6:00pm and requested delivery for Monday at 6:00 PM since I work. They delivered it right on time. The delivery team was professional and even took off their shoes before bringing the king-size mattress into my house.

We were very impressed with BIF Furniture. The showroom was beautiful and they had tons of gorgeous furniture. The saleswoman was lovely and no-pressure. She was friendly and answered our questions, but not overly pushy. We purchased a bedroom set and she told us it was in stock here and one of the pieces in Virginia. She said it would be about a week to deliver. We were surprised it would be so fast. A few hours later, she told us it was coming from Virginia that same night and they could deliver the next day. I was skeptical to say the least, but sure enough, right around 24 hours after we visited the store, the furniture was in our house! During the grueling home renovation process, it’s been very hard to find furniture that’s both modern, and comfortable. Once we saw Bif’s inventory, we knew it would be our go 2 for furniture. Joyce & her sales crew have been very polite and professional every step of the way! Pictured is our freshly delivered orbital (expanding) dining table, Oyster leather chairs, Ocean blue leather reclining sectional, & Palace massage chair.
