0/0!!! DO NOT GO HERE! BEWARE!! Beyond rude, inconsiderate and careless groomer! I called a week in advance to make an appointment for my cat. A WEEK NOTICE. it was sooo hard to even get a ahold of this place! On my first call, patica said she would give me a call back in 1 hour. She never called back… I did the next day. After many ignored calls I finally got thru to make an appointment. On the DAY OF the appointment, I called numerous times to confirm as the groomer said she would send me a contract the week before, but I never got the contract. Come the day of the appointment, I called 5 times during business hours with NO ANSWER!! Finally after calling a 6th time, Paticia so carelessly tells me "something came up" and she couldn’t do the grooming… She sounded like she literally just woke up! EVEN IF something came up, how can she not notify customers?!! I took off of work to bring him in for this appointment. she gave me a 30 min cancellation notice after I called her numerous times to find this out on my own. She was never even going to call me to let me know it was cancelled! I had to find out myself. What kind of business does that? Obviously this isn't a real business and there is NO customer respect or consideration! She's also SO beyond rude from the beginning!! I call being soo kind and she's so nasty and irritated on the phone. There are so many groomers in the area, go somewhere that appreciates your business and has the decency to answer your phone call!! If she's like this towards the humans, who knows what she's like to the animals!?!! Imagine my pet was there and she wasn't answering the phone at alll, SLEEPING INSTEAD??? beyond sickening and unprofessional. SAVE YOUR TIME SAVE YOUR MONEY SAVE...

For the last three years, I have been visiting Paticas. I've never had a problem, and if I had, Valentina would have been there to explain what needed to be done. I am aware that a lot of people worry for their dogs, but at the same time, you have a place that is making every effort to guarantee your satisfaction. When it comes to clients and pets, she is both extremely welcoming and sensitive. Sometimes I feel horrible when my dog urinates and I want to clean up, but she will come straight over to clean it up without any hesitation. Since then, I have been suggesting her establishment, and not a single individual has approached me with a grievance. Instead, they praise her for maintaining a professional demeanor with every customer, which is why I continue to visit. She will be the first to find out what and why there is a problem. Companies such as these must be given a chance to continue operating your business. I appreciate Paticas taking care of...

I started to go to Paticas International Pet Grooming after a HORRIBLE experience with a pricier "well known" groomer in Fort Lee.

I've been going to this location for almost a year (my buddy is a year and a half) and have experienced nothing but EXCEPTIONAL service. Every haircut has been perfection and more importantly my dog loves her which tells me he is being treated KINDLY.

There was one instance where I needed to drop my dog off 10 minutes before they opened b/c of a work conflict. Without hesitation, Valentina said "sure, no problem!" and accommodated my request. She didn't have to open earlier but she did which was greatly appreciated.

I normally don't write many reviews, but this is a small business and everyone should know about them! I highly recommend...
