Legends — Restaurant in Palisades Park

Went to this place for the first (and last) time last week. Trashy crowd but if that was the worst part about it it wouldn't be so bad. Arrived around 30 minutes before last call and a friend got me a drink. Then during last call I went myself and ordered a drink 4 times with 2 separate bartenders. Both looked at me and acknowledged me, but after about 10 minutes I hear one yelling they're closed. When I ask about the drink I ordered multiple times at least 10 minutes before, I got a "sorry" and he moved on. Strange coincidence that both bartenders heard and acknowledged me yet didn't bring me the drink. Some other reviews have mentioned bartenders being racist. I would never make that claim based on this little evidence , but between the reviews and my own strange experience (first time that ever happened at a bar with me) , it certainly...

Don’t come here. Walked in at 10 pm on a Friday where there was only 2 couples at the bar.

I sat for 10 minutes waiting for the bartender to come over and take my order but he was too engrossed in conversation hanging out with again, 1 of the only 2 couples even sitting at the bar.

The couple he was engaged with were seated right by the only entrance into the bar. I walked out after wasting 10 minutes waiting for him to finish his conversation.

If it was jam packed busy, one could understand. The place was dead and I wonder why.

Stopped in here recently after traveling into town to see a terminally ill family member. After the heavy stuff, I was looking for a place to watch the hockey game and have a couple drinks. Wasn’t looking for anything trendy or overcrowded, just a laid back vibe. Based on pictures and reviews I headed out here. Could not have been happier with the choice.
