I used to love Loft. The quality has really gone down over the last few years and I had a very bad experience with the assistant manager at this location. Tangi was very unsympathetic about a defect in a sweater cardigan. After one wash, there was a thread that was misplaced. It caused the sweater to draw up in that area. It was very obviously a factory defect but instead of graciously accepting the return she berated me and acted like I was trying to get away with something. She was unbelievably nasty. I ended up getting a $17 credit for the $55 dollar sweater that I could only wear once. I had spent over $1200 there over the preceding 3 months and had their store credit card. After this experience, I have not shopped there anymore and have a lasting hurt from the way I was treated. I tried to call the corporate office and was told they would call me, but I never got a call back. Last I checked, Tangi was still employed there. I went to the Loft in Renaissance to buy a dress for a wedding reception. I was absolutely blown away by the customer service. One associate in particular went above and beyond. I had been having a pretty bad day, and to say a short visit to this retail store turned it all around is nothing short of astonishing. Kindness matters, and so many interactions these days leave you feeling a little lost for words. I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the girl who helped me in Loft, and felt the least I could do was leave an outstanding review. I suggest if you've never been here that you need to go in one time at least to try on their clothing I have a wonderful unique fit that I can't find anywhere else for some if you have a bigger bum or wider thighs the pants will fit beautifully here they're a little pricey but it's like having custom pants it's worth it and they always have sales if you add their add another email list they will send you all kinds of discounts and coupons and every $50 you spend you get points and so many points you get free stuff so it is kind of worth it in Great clothing...
