Five Guys — Restaurant in Ridgeland

I don’t usually leave 1 star reviews because I don’t consider myself a Karen but here it goes.. I placed my order on the app since I was at work I didn’t want to waste too much time on my lunch break. I walk into the restaurant and the lady at the register just disappears. A few minutes after just standing there one of the employees yells at me from the back “Do you need to place an order?” So I politely replied and stated that I already placed an order online. So after another few minutes, someone comes back to the register and asks for my order. I (again) politely responded that I have already placed an online order. She was so rude to me at this point and she cut me off and said “well, what’s the name on the order?” So I tell her and never heard anything back. I had to ask another employee for my cup to fix my drink. Then I waited another 10 minutes for someone to scream my name when the order was finally ready. Keep in mind I only ordered a regular small hamburger, a small order of fries, and a small drink, and all of this cost me over $18. I think I’ll pass on Five Guys next time. I ordered a BLT and requested fresh bacon. Well, I saw the young lady stacking old, crumbled bacon pieces on the sandwich. I asked her if that was my sandwich. She said that it was; I informed her that I had requested fresh bacon. A lady that I assumed was the manager informed me that the bacon is pre-cooked and asked if I wanted something else. I informed her that I can’t eat beef; that is why I ordered a BLT. So they provided me with some precooked cold bacon that was not broken when placed on the sandwich but fell too pieces when I tried to eat it. Suffice it to say that I would not recommend this place. Came here for a carryout order on 3-23-21 at 6:15pm. The lady dressed in all black uniform (manager?/ leader?).... asked me if anyone helped me yet.
