Thanks, I understand the policy. However, when I came to the store today to get the store credit the same sales associate that assisted me in making the purchase also help me with the store credit. While the sales associate and I were having a pleasant conversation, we were interrupted by a sales associate with very long hair to discuss the conversation that I had with her over the phone. I thought, that when I returned to the store that everything would be okay, but the sales associate with the very long hair started to bring up the conversation that she and I had over the phone asking the sales associate that was assisting me with the store credit and me about what she had told me about the policy. There were several customers in the store at the time, which made my visit very uncomfortable. The sales associate should have never confronted me about a conversation that we had over the phone around other customers (I felt bullied by the long-haired sales associate). I was humiliated, and I never plan to shop there again other than to help my husband shop for his shoes with the store credit. The lady that assisted me on both occasions was very nice. She even continued to invite me back to the store to shop. I really do not appreciate the owner failing to put up any sort of a sign regarding a no refund policy. Employees did not tell me of this either.
