Market Basket — Local services in Rindge

This store has literally the worst customer service EVER. Time and time again I shop here bc of prices and for my SECOND job. When I walk up to Jen the cashier and say good morning, and then am greeted with silence, to then tell her I have water and it's "I Know, push the cart down".

I have worked in retail for over 20 years and work in my own grocery store and never would my manager allow several employees to not greet customers. Whether grocery clerks that are constantly in the way, deli ppl that hate their life, to the cashier's and baggers that have ZERO people skills.

Thankfully there are a few gems in this store. Like the bakery employees.

Shame on you all. Hopefully some kind of customer service training actually gets...

Love it, shelves are always stocked, foods always fresh, most of my shop can be done in one trip, associates are more then willing to help. my only gripe is I wish the store had more lanes open on their peak hrs the same with swanzey nh, lanes are always long and to make matters worse you cant even check out at the service desk anymore even if you've just got one thing unless you work there even tho I was told employees aren't allowed to check out there but it happens all the time. I should knock my rating down for the inconvenience of having to wait a minimum of 15 minutes or more however I won't because of one thing, just switch normal shopping times and you'll be in and out before...

I was at the prepared food section awaiting a Greek salad with romaine lettuce to be prepared for me this week. (Oct 7th thru 10th 2018) I noticed a pretty red headed, young girl with long hair without a hair net or anything protecting her hair from the food. This is a code violation regardless. Then she did the most repulsive thing: she swung her head foward and her hair went flying in front of her. Then she threw her head back and gathered it up in a ponytail. ALL WITHIN FEET OF FOOD BEING PREPARED. I expect someone to speak to this employee and disciplinary action taken or I will confront her myself and go up the ladder of management and...
