Gourmet Donuts — Restaurant in Rindge

I love them! There Oreo ice coffee is soo good. I love it. I always order it X/X. On that note I am not sure the newer employees no what X/X means. That last few time I have been there and ordered my coffee its definitely not X/X, but I don’t want to be that person and be a Karen about It. So I just take my coffee home. Not to often that I go is it the way I ordered and more. I no the new kids r still learning and everyone has to take there time with that to learn it right so I’ll still give my business Bc when it is made right it makes my day soo much better. But maybe make sure there making them right before the customer gets there order. I love this place and will never go back to dunks again. I have tried but not matter how they make it there coffee is like drinking sewage compared to gourmet. I love you guys. But got to start making those iced...

The older blonde woman with no teeth was unnecessarily rude when ordering, was out of everything by 9am and when we simply asked if they had muffins we got attitude and was told to come inside if we wanted a muffin. This place used to have exceptional customer service but the last few time the service has been nothing but instantly negative and uncomfortable. The coffee is great but the employees make you not want to even go there. When we got to the register we were greeted with the wrong order and we got cussed for it as if it was our fault. The slamming of the drive through window is not great and the overall way the employees interact with their customers is distasteful and uncomfortable. NEVER EAT HERE. We went and they waited till after we looked at the menu to tell us that they had basically no donuts except for coconut which was disgusting. We ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel. You couldn’t even bite through the bagel because it was so stale and the contents of it looked days old and disgusting yet again. First time eating here and the last time. Save yourself the money and go buy EDIBLE FOOD. I wish negative stars...
