I was in town for a funeral, decided to get a pizza while I was here. The funeral was OK, the pizza was great -- no Tombstone Pizza for sure! The place seemed busy but they quickly and cheerfully took my order. Price was a little high, but I appreciated that they had a Pepsi fountain but also stocked Coke bottled sodas for those of us who are followers of the Coke Zero. They also didn't try and charge me a dollar for some marinara sauce, which was good. The pizza came out and looked and smelled great. The crust wasn't too thick, tasted crisp and was crunchy, cheese stretched to infinity and the sauce was well balanced and not too sweet or acidic. If I'm ever in the area I'll stop there again, encourage you to do the same!

Visited for the first time on a Friday night, which quickly showed how popular the place is. Best recommendation is to call the order in ahead of time, as they were consistently taking orders. Took a bit for the pizza to come out as a result, but it was worth it. Ordered the Special and everything was so tasty. Fresh ingredients, as opposed to canned ones. The spaghetti was lackluster and the meatballs looked like the frozen kind, though they had good flavor. Gluten free options are a big plus. Only negative is the small size of the entryway/counter line, and as they had new people getting in line, it felt a bit crowded. Really looking forward to going again though.

Ordered through door dash. Description of product was not accurate and small Italian sub was inedible. I call to let the try to correct the mistake and talked to a lady “manager” told her what my issues were she told me basically it is what it is. Steak calzone only comes with steak. The Italian sub was just cheap cold cuts. The broccoli poppers I ordered with ranch came without ranch. Manager told me to eat somewhere else next time. Posted is the description of my calzone. With a manager handling customer service like that they won’t be in business long. Could have had an every week customer but……… NOT NOW. Plus cost me over 60$ for crap.

I visited Pizza Haven last year during our cousins weekend, and I loved their service, they were welcoming, and friendly, and the food was delicious. I returned this year during our cousins weekend, and I was so disappointed. They took our order, and we asked for it to be made to-go, and we were waiting at a table near the counter for it. They never called our order number, or brought it to us or anything. After about an hour of waiting, another woman who ordered after us (also an employee), had asked if we got our food yet, we said no. When she asked the other employee behind the counter where our food was she said it had been right there. We had waited probably 40 minutes too long. On top of this, then she asked if we paid already. Well, yes we did, unfortunately. We took the food and it was cold. They did not even keep it in a warmer or anything. The food was gross by this point and we couldn't even eat it. I am really disappointed in the service of this restaurant, and most likely now won't return there. So be cautious and alert to the time...

This review is about customer service!! I ordered online thru Slice at 6:10p paid online and requested a 6:45p pickup. Arrived at 6:52p pizza wasn’t ready and not even started. No explanation from the nice young lady at the counter. I questioned how much longer and she told us the order was forgotten and that it would be 10 mins longer. Another 20 mins passed and we asked if they were actually cooking. She assured us they were because our ticket was next. Folks were coming in and out and we just kept waiting. In the end it took over an hour and half. We walked out with our food at 7:35p. Mistakes happen we get that but the lack of acknowledgement or effort to even make it right was completely absent from this establishment. Great customer service goes a long way and so does the lack there of, we won’t be back Pizza Haven. A simple apology and maybe the offer of a free pizza would...

Used to be our go to but since the new ownership, the new management is driving it into the ground! Closed on Sundays and now closed 3 days a week? Domino's can stay open 13 hours a day 7 days a week as can every other pizza joint in town, yet Pizza Haven is crumbling daily. The food has been inconsistent. I ordered a pizza 3 weeks ago, showed up 20 minutes later and they "forgot" to put it in the oven. Can't get ahold of them because the staff "forgot" to hang up the phone lines. A few months ago I was sent home with a "lightly cooked" pizza burnt to a crisp. It was not edible. I should have pulled the plug then. I tried to tough it out during the hard times of ownership/management change but now my every Tuesday standing pizza order of 8 years is now gone too due to another day a week closed. Plenty of better places around and everywhere else...
