The usual bruts at the shipping department. Looks like they hate their jobs and is your fault they're miserable . Booked a preloaded trailer. Made me hooked to it them when I go to the office I couldn't be released till the next day. I showed up the next day at noon and had to deal with that idiot Marc. He wanted me to sign that I arrived that day an not the day before. I crossed the date and time and write the correct date and time that I booked the freight to be picked up and he gets worked up. So after bickering back an forth I told him I was canceling his load and to get somebody else to pick it up. I walked out of the office and remembered he still had my license. So I walked back an demanded my license so as to leave that hell hole. He told me that he was going to return it when he was done with it. A real dick. So I call the sheriff so they can retrieve the license from this shady character. By the time the police was at the gate he gave it back to me to nullify his crimes. 3 management crew members where rushing into the shipping office as the police was talking to me. Then the police followed into the shipping office and asked me to stay outside. When they returned, they told my there was no crime committed by him since I have my license back and that they wanted me to leave the premises. To wish I reply good riddance that's what I've been trying to do. Got on the truck and left immediately never to haul freight for this morons morons. When I got to the Flying J I explained what happened to my lawyer and she explained to me that that idiot Marc (not her words exactly) had no right to keep my license against my will and that he back down at the very last minute to save himself from criminal liability. Another day dealing with these idiots in the shipping/receiving offices in America. Looks like they hire them right out of the county jails. And make sure you bring a pen with you for this paper pushers can't provide you with the basic tool of the bureaucrat. A cheap pen. You bring a truck, full of diesel, and an MT trailer for them to put their crap in it, then they act like if the whole company is going to go bankrupt if they hand you a pen. If that's the case I suggest to fire everybody, sell the remaining assets them put the money in the bank. Ridiculous idiots. I wouldn't pick up any load's here i waited for 5 hrs and left unloaded which didn't matter to me. I seen their was trucker's in front of me they waited like 4 hrs. If u go on you appt time they will make u wait 2hrs than when u get to the dock theirs another 2 hrs to wait chales with this vatos. I use to look at the dog food brand Diamond like that is a cool company but first hand experience i snh head and say Que-salas Este Vatos. If i could i would start a rally and stop trucker's from going their so they can change their system. What gets me those people who work their don't have the understanding of what a trucker times worth when they go home and eat we on the road they should Acturally make them be certified to understand a trucker and the time plus in time effect and professionalism especially working for a successful co like that i would thought that co would have employees with experience with professionalism. Horrible Attitude at the front desk. They gave me door at 1pm. And refused to start loading until after 3pm. They started to load at 4pm. Had an appt for 12pm. Was suppose to be preloaded and they switch to live load. Workers have Huge attitude problem and supervisor claims that his employees aren't those type of people. They switch blame to drivers for being irritated for being fed BS info from time of check in until we leave. Has to be the one of the most unorganized places. Good luck trying to get a hold of anyone from HR to Management to Admin. Nobody answers the phone and you will get a voice-mail that never gets answered. If you have to go here make sure you have sufficient hours. They will waste time...
