I went in to the store Friday I was having some trouble with my phone. The young lady told me that I just need to get anothet phone that was nothing she could do. I went back in to the store today Monday Sept the 4th 2023 and Alxe help me out with my phone she told me that I had it on a different setting. I went in there to change phones, my total was $22 I gave the guy $40 and he didn't have change so i went to my truck to get loose change and when i came back the guy said he couldn't take coins???? Money is money and if he didn't have change how else was he gone do it? I had to go back and forth a couple times to the store next door to get change all because he just kept refusing $2 in quarters. Absolutely...

Watch out this place is sneaky! My father who is elderly went to pay his phone bill last month and the CSR took his phone and added extra charges for extra service he did not approve.
