Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Fort Worth

So this is the second time we have gone in (my partner and I) and ordered our food and received it completely wrong. Both times we had confirmed with the gentleman at the counter our order twice. And both times we were missing something completely from our order of like 2 items. And then rather than fixing it. We are rushed out of the store 20 min. From close. And they lock the door super early. I come from working at a pizza shop. And it makes no sense to close that early. Especially when there's mobile orders in the little pick up box. Went in to get 3 hot and ready pizzas, was told to wait in our car and that our pizzas would come out in a couple minutes. 20 minutes go by and no pizzas yet, went inside and ask the girl at the register how much longer it would be?and she gave me a not so confident 10 more minutes response. There was another customer there furious that they’re mobile order wasn’t ready and she was waiting for her pizza too. All the manager response was sorry we have a new crew, but who puts a new crew on a Friday night. By the time we got our pizzas 45 minutes had gone by. absolutely delightful, you can tell their recipe is made out of love, because it is full of it! just like my great great grandma would make them🙇‍♂️ you can just tell they are hard workers, i eat at this location every breakfast lunch and dinner. i love the delicious taste of the pizza every time i take a bite out of it, even more when the cheese pulls. i love the aesthetic feeling its almost poetic in a way.
