Tobacco Town — Local services in Fort Worth

I have visited this shop 5 times and was disappointed 4 of them. The first time I went it was for cigs, I walked in and was not greeted or even acknowledged. The gentleman running the counter was involved doing paperwork and though he knew I was there (because he glanced up as I came in) he said NOTHING to me. After a few minutes of waiting patiently he looked up from his numbers and almost scowled at me, I asked him for my brand and as he turned to get them a male customer came in behind me. The owner (I think) greeted him without prompting and smiled in his direction, meanwhile he said NOTHING to me but my total. I paid and left as he began interacting with the next customer. The second time I went in I was looking for vapor juice and a replacement tank, there was an older woman behind the counter and she was an absolute delight! She took her time and helped me find just what I was looking for, when I explained that the vape I was using was a little hard to use she pulled out an All In One vape and explained how it worked. I was so very pleased with the service and left very happy with everything I needed. The third time I went in because my "hard to use" vapor was giving me an error message on the display. I walked in and the owner was behind the counter, "Do you know anything about vapors?" I asked. "Hugh?" was his reply. I pulled out my vape to show him the error message. "I don't know vapors" he said and waved it away dismissively, then stared at me in silence... so I left. The 4th time I encountered the owner again when I went in for vape juice, they had 1 bottle of the kind I wanted and I asked him if they happened to have any more. "No" was his only reply. So I purchased the 1 bottle, my total was $1.07... I gave him $5.07... he took the money and closed his drawer and just looked at me. "$4 in change?" I said... "Oh, Sorry" he replied and gave me my change. No smile, no nothing... The last time was today, I was out running errands and wanted to see if they had gotten any more of the juice I liked... so I decided to stop by . When I went into the store I greeted him, I pointed to the row where I had found my brand last time and it was empty... "This is the kind I was looking for" and pointed to my flavor.. "but in 6mg" He shrugged his shoulders and said "We don't have", then he started looking through the 0mg bottles (as if he was checking to see if any had been miss stocked, "So you are out?" I wanted to confirm.. "YES we no have" he said louder. I asked the price of one other item so he pulled it from the shelf looking exasperated and scanned it on the register. Upon realizing it was WAY outside my price range I thanked him and left.... AND I WILL NEVER BE RETURNING!!! I don't know if it's because I'm a woman, or maybe because I'm a white woman or maybe he just doesn't like my face but either way I have never received worse service ANYWHERE. I will NEVER give this place my business EVER again. I was never rude or unpleasant in ANY WAY so I don't understand why my service was so poor. There is a guy who stands around in there who is suppose to work but is worthless. He doesn't know the product and will sell you the opposite of what you ask for. He acts like he doesn't understand what your saying. The only saving feature is the lady who works in there, does know what she is doing but only works Tues,Fri and Sun. If the man was gone and they got someone who knew what was going on it would be great and priced right. And even though my rating is low it would go to a 4 or 5 if they replaced that one...
