Polish Nail — Local services in River Vale

So I went to have a manicure with tips and a pedicure and I was most disappointed with the pedicure, my foot bottom or heel was not done at all, the gentleman did not do my feet at all he only put it in the water for 5 minutes and rinse, as for my nails they were not buffed in at all!!! It’s the worst service that I have received since I started going there and I only go there because it’s in walking distance from home.

I do not want anyone else to do my hands or feet if it’s not May! She is the only one that can do her work properly there kmt and they charge you for everything that makes it even worse, I don’t mind paying but don’t charge me for...

I have come here a bunch of times and had good experience. Recently I came and got a new man for my pedicure. He was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The owner said she would make it right but didn’t. I decided to try them again, and I got a man for my pedicure again, I believe the same one and had the same experience. I was so disappointed in the establishment. I was here on 7/21 and got a Manny pedi first time in a year. I paid 5$extra for polish because I was told it would last longer and I was finally going on vacation that Friday the paint chipped the next day . I'm not sure if it's new management or policy but they didn't buff my nails or lotion my hands and lower arms just a totally different experience than what I used to have there. I'll have to find a new place I guess which is unfortunate this was my go to...
