These people are funny Iāve been lied to. Was shown a model apartment by the office was told yes we have available 1-2 bedroom apartment. Asked if you take section 8 yes we do I paid $75 for application fee waited for approval. Application approved on January 27,2024 so turned in my TRA the first week in Feb 2024 TRA paperwork came back from housing approved on Feb 21, 2024. Was told they didnāt have a two bedroom in the building thats near the office but they would assign me a unite. They was having a lot of turnovers ok but should have an apartment soon close to the end of the month End of Feb. ok End of February came and gone we are in March now, March 1-2024 assigned me A13 whereās a13 at the top of the hill when you first come into the complex when can I come out to look at the apartment because I wasnāt shown any apartment on the top of the hill . I was told then the apartment not ready to view it needs cleaning and painting in should be ready by the March 5-2024 callback on the March 4 2024 the day before the March 5-2024 was told apartment still not ready for me to come out so I was told March 11 2024 still not ready. called this office back again on Tuesday confirm nobody knows anything Shantell is out sick and sheās the only one handling this and sheās out sick so comes this past Wens March 13-2024 I went to the complex because this is taking to long and nobody knows anything I gets to this office I was greeted by this male staff I ask for Shantell she not there sheās still out sick ok so I told him who I was and explain that I was there to see my apartment A13 he tells me that he wasnāt told that I was coming and that I would have to come back I explained to him no I was told to come today so he went to speak to Savanna he came back and said they should be done cleaning by 12:30 I sat in that office for hours waiting during the time I m waiting housing is there to do the inspection. Now we know housing is not suppose to do inspection until the tenant has viewed and says yes that what I want. Housing goes an inspect the unit before I see it. I didnāt know where the apartment was at havenāt seen it didnāt know where the building was.Finally close too two pm I asked if someone could take to see my apartment I was told maintenance person will come with a cart an take me up to the apartment and I was told the apartment didnāt pass. I ask why they couldnāt tell me. So maintenance comes an takes me up there. I have health problems I almost feel out the hallway smells he opened the door and I was pissed off this apartment is trash carpet dirty dirty dirty no paint job bathtub coming up off the floor holes in the wall was nothing like I was shown and whatās on their website. Iāve been trying to get somebody on the phone to see what are they going to do. They are avoiding me. I called their corporate office nothing Today is Sat March 16-2024 whatās really pissing off is that they had the nerve to ask me do I still want the apartment are you serious they put my due date to move in for March15 2024. I just relocated here from Seattle Wa with a section 8 voucher I never been so mad and disappointed an just donāt know what to say this is depressing disrespectful uncomfortable unacceptable unprofessional. For those of you know about section 8 knows it takes along time and years to get a Voucher I have two weeks left before my Voucher expires this is not fare to me. I have serious health problems just within last couple of weeks found out I have blood clots in my legs I half blind and have high blood pressure breathing issues server back problems that I have to have surgery . So in all this complex baited & switch me . If anyone has section 8 vouchers beware of this complex. I not sure whatās going to happen a this point because I may lose my housing voucher because of them playing around and delaying and their lies and false...

I donāt like my neighbors sometimes (they smoke and I have asthma so having smoke coming into my apt sucks)! Now in the 3 years Iāve been here the staff changes every time I go into the office, which is only about once a year. So I canāt give you much insight on the staff in the office. Never the less everyone Iāve dealt with has been helpful. A little slow with answering questions and they never answer the phone so itās best to just go in if you can. The maintenance staff though, is great! You can put in a work order and somebody will be there the next business day! I love the short blonde hair maintenance lady. BGM! Years ago, I used to live in the front of the neighborhood and it was quiet. I never had any problems. I left and came back to this neighborhood because of the new additions in the back and the screened in patio sold me. Which is hard to clean in the spring so keep that in mind. Still no issues or problems. I do have cameras and an alarm but I never had to use them for anything other than packages. Meaning, no robberies or car jacking. I wish there was better access to the gym, the clubhouse area and the pool, when itās open. You can only use these amenities when the office is open and as a working adult the office is open while Iām at work so I donāt get the luxuries of using what Iām essentially paying for. Lastly, THE GATE. It never works. Itās like peanut butter and no jelly. Kool-aid and no sugar. Itāll work for a day, and then one gate might be open, and then both gates just stay open for like a month, then out of nowhere the gates work again and we just continue this toxic relationship with the gate. All in all, I always recommend my apartments to people. When I just renewed my lease, I only stayed because my rent went up $10 and where else in THIS America am I going to find anything...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhere do I start?? MOLD MOLD MOLD MOLD. UNSAFE MAINTENANCE PRACTICES. MANAGEMENT THAT KNOWS AND DOESN'T CARE! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! These apartments are horrible. I stayed in Phase 2, the "new" ones. First I had a gas leak. Gas South came to find the leak, turns out that my oven had been improperly installed causing said gas leak. The technician was nice enough to fix it even though he wasn't supposed to. This issue made him also check my hot water heater which had a piece of PVC pipe on it in a place where there should never be one. He immediately shut my hot water heater down and said it was a safety hazard because of the pipe. It could literally have caught fire at anytime. While inspecting the hot water heater, we found 8 slips from the gas company dating back 4 years FOR THE SAME ISSUE. Maintenance just kept re-lighting the pilot and not fixing the safety hazard. My family could have died. After this the air went out and I spent 3 months with no air or hot water while maintenance and property managers did zero. When I found the mold, after months of headaches and sinus inflammation, I contacted the office they did nothing. So I contacted the city, who told me that I would need to hire an inspector at my expense to show the mold infestation before they could intervene!!!! I literally heard the property manager telling maintenance one day to hurry and cover mold in empty units because they needed to rent them asap. They know they have BLACK MOLD and they are covering it up. When I took them to court the judge let me out of my lease, but gave me 10 days to move. So guess what?? Someone else's family is in that unit with an unsafely installed hot water heater (that the property managers have known about for years) and black mold. There is no recourse for their absolute dismissal of human safety. Meanwhile, you're paying to live there. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU LOVE YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY. I lived in...
