Absolutely the worst papa johns and worst customer service Iâve ever experienced in my life. I ordered my pizza at 8:30, it said approximately 30 minutes, meaning that the store was not at all busy or rather that my location was so close (.02) miles away that I shouldnât have taken over an hour to get to me, but yet it did. I received my order at 9:35, not only was it incorrect but of course it was barely even warm and looked as if it had sat there: I took a bite and itâs dry af. Absolutely no sauce on this pizza. I call and explain to them that 1, it took over an hour to get my food, 2 it was barely warm, and 3, it was incorrect. She first tells me that because itâs an online order she canât do anything about it. Then she says let me get my manager, apparently her manager tells her that I need to bring the food back myself for a refund?? I said no way is that happeneing, meanwhile you can hear, who Iâm assuming is the manager, yelling so loud just put her on hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes. I hang up and call back. I tell them who I am and then Iâm placed on hold. Wait another 10 minutes. I hang up call again. Immediately gets placed on hold. This happens about 4 times again. Finally someone answers and says youâre getting your refund! Then puts me on hold. Again I call to get the managers and the enployees name, i was told that information was confidential. Little do these people know I am a manager myself. Never are you allowed to say that âyour name and your managers name is confidentialâ. Completely and utterly unprofessional. I called this store a total of 13 times, still never received the name of the manager nor the employee I was speaking with. Corporate and I will surely be in contact.    Read moreSo I placed an online order last night at 8:54 after driving all the way from Orlando to Atlanta. I got an email confirmation with an estimated time of 75-85 minutes. I'm thinking that's okay cause it's Friday in Atlanta. 2 hours go by and still no pizza. I go to check the status and it shows it's made but not baked. So I'm thinking there's a delay in updating the site. I call the store and they tell me its 4 to 5 hour wait on delivery orders. OMG! I said well then you need to refund my money and the girl argues with me that she cant do that to which I replied yes you can cause I agreed to the estimated time not 4 to 5 hours. Then she says well your pizza is ready now if you want to come pick it up. I said not after driving all the way from Orlando I'm not and I want my refund. She said Have a nice day and hung up on me!!! Then I went on Twitter and posted about it. Then they text me stating my pizza is on the way. I text back and said no void the order and refund my money. They called me 2 more times just to say the were voiding the order. Papa John's asks me to PM them on Twitter so I did and they said they would have the store owner get back to me to resolve the matter. He emails me and says they are sorry and my money will be refunded. They want me to wait another 30 mins while my other food gets cold just for the food they left off. The young lady that answered the phone already knew who I was when I called. She stated âthis the only order we messed up on so I kno who you areâ So I explained to her I didnât want the food anymore. She never placed me on hold just put a man on the phone and he just started talked, didnât introduce himself or anything⌠she obviously didnât brief him on my concern either cause I had to repeat myself⌠customer service sucks!
