Went to Iconic Repair guy for a cracked screen June 11, 2021 in which he fixed it perfectly..so I thought. 2 days later my sceeen was looking off (image attached) in which I took it back to him and he corrected. Phone was fine then July 26, 2021 I was in a restaurant, walked out to some fresh rain, very muggy air and my screen stopped working! The phone worked but the screen didn’t, it wouldn’t tap the numbers to unlock even though I was pressing them. I text Iconic Repair guy in hopes of trying to get a better understanding of how because I had never seen anything like that in all my iPhone days. He hypothesized it was more than likely oxidation from the rain. Okay cool, he gave me another screen but this time I had green specs that wouldn’t go away. Next day, I take Iconic Repair guy my phone, he fixes it and asks how I’m paying… another $200!! At this point I’ve spent $400 with no guarantee that it won’t happen again. I understand the 30 day warranty and I am not saying the “replacement screen” should’ve been free however full price??? If you’ve read this far.. just take your phone to Apple!! I would have respected a discount but to be charged for a replacement screen when my screen wasn’t cracked or anything was highly disappointing. 2 stars instead of 1 because the first time he “fixed” my screen, it was late...

I had a great experience with IconicPhone Repairs. The staff was very attentive and knowledgeable addressing all of my questions and giving clear guidance on the repair process. I brought my Xbox Series X in for a hardware issue and they were nice enough to let me in 30 minutes before closing. They were able to quickly deduce there was an issue with the HDMI port and explained that it needed to be replaced without pushing unnecessary services. The repair was finished completely faster than I expected and they even performed a demonstration to ensure everything was working perfectly fine before returning it to me, which I greatly appreciated. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of Xbox repairs, they’ve earned a future...

I decided to wait a while before I wrote this review. I had to really see if it was too good to be true.

To be specific, I have a Samsung Note 10, so I couldn’t even touch the screen anymore because of the cracks. The stylist definitely didn’t work and I couldn’t access important apps. This phone is my life.

Clearly my phone was in such an ill state, but the work that was done was absolutely incredible. It was hard enough to find a company that would service a Samsung/Android. Majority calls were iPhone only.

The price was reasonable considering the repair and it was very quick service. Since the repair, my phone looks as if I just bought it!! I No issues or glitches.
