We visited The Flying Pig last night, just days after its grand opening on Wednesday—and wow, what a fantastic experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and welcoming.

One standout feature is the illuminated bar surface, like the one at their Bordentown location in New Jersey. The stylish glow elevates the vibe of the entire space.

We enjoyed the dumplings appetizer, which were well stuffed with tasty meat. The dipping sauce was sweet and complemented them beautifully. I had the Fajitas—a generous portion with flavors that hit all the right notes. My wife ordered the Seared Ahi Tuna Salad, which was healthy, fresh and rich in taste. Our daughter chose the gluten-free tacos (served without tortillas but with lettuce), and the dish was packed with flavorful ingredients. She said they were absolutely delicious.

We ordered the Flying Pig Pizza, which came loaded with sausage and pepperoni over a spicy marinara. The flavors were spot on—just the right amount of heat and a really nice balance with the toppings.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave my kids little squeaky pig toys, which made the visit extra fun for them (and such a thoughtful touch!).

The atmosphere is fantastic too. The highlight for me was the bar, which is built from stone and lit from underneath—it gives the whole space a really cool, modern vibe.
