Extremely late delivery, refused to take the extremely large boxes back after unboxing, got packing wrapper and paper all of the house, very rude, not professional at all ! I dont understand how delivery is $150-200 but wont take huge boxes back when every other delivery i got that day move my things in, put them together, and took and boxes and trash with them. The pictures are after they left and i tried to get stuff in some kind of order. DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!

I recently visited Ultimate Furniture & Mattress in Mall North Riverside, and I had a great experience! The store offers a wide variety of furniture and mattresses at reasonable prices. The customer service was outstanding. I bought a sofa , and I'm very happy with the quality. The delivery will be Saturday , and I hopefully the items arrived in perfect condition. Recientemente visité Ultimate Furniture & Mattress en Mall North Riverside y tuve una gran experiencia. La tienda ofrece una amplia variedad de muebles y colchones a precios razonables. El servicio de atención al cliente fue excelente. Compré un sofå y estoy muy contento con la calidad. La entrega serå el såbado y espero que los artículos lleguen en perfectas condiciones.

ISSA was a great help to me today he’s on top of his job very value employee to the company.

But as far as the company this place uses for delivery, they are not dependable and don’t know how to handle business
