!#!UPDATE!#! Management is terrible. My concerns have been ignored, once again. I guess making fake, five star reviews is more important than solving any real problems! :))))))))
If I could give this place negative stars, I would. There has not been anything pleasant about this place from the second we signed the lease. We were lucky enough to have signed our lease right when this complex was taken over by new "management". From overcharging us for our first months rent and trying to tell us we needed to pay a pet deposit, WHEN WE HAVE NO PETS, to not even having the right keys for us, TWICE, on our move in day. Pushing it yet another week. Once we had the keys we still had to wait two more weeks for the mail keys and the keys that lead to the "lifestyle amenities" aka the pool where the homeless people bathe and the broken washers and dryers that they use to wash their clothes. But there is a "Newly Remodeled Fitness Center" with two broken treadmills and a t.v that doesn't work. "Resort-Inspired Pool and Spa with soothing waterfalls"...........NO. The stairs, and guard rail, leading up to our apartment feel like they could fall through if the wind blows hard enough. And the "balcony" feels like its going to collapse onto our neighbors patio if you step out there. Which is why we haven't in out 6 months of being here. When we moved in, none of the cabinets in the kitchen had any doors on them and it took a week for someone to come and spend 10 minutes screwing them on. Not to mention they didnt come until 2 hours after they said they were going to be there. Must be a lot to maintain. The front door looks like it was kicked in at some point and then patched back together like most of the half-assed things "fixed" around here. The bathroom smells like marijuana and the door doesn't even stay shut. Our air conditioning has stopped 3 times since we've been here and has been a pain every time to get someone to come and fix it. The apartments back up to a middle school which means on top of having loud ass music blast and rattle the windows at all hours of the night, we also get to listen to screaming children for 8 hours of the day. Homeless people are constantly going through the trash and riding around the parking lot on bikes. I guess thats the "onsite recycling program" they have listed online. But no "Evening Patrol and Monitoring".
And this morning, while leaving for work, there were two people popping a tent, sleeping and peeing in the R.V lot right outside the apartment. "Nature Living", I guess. Took some photos (that I uploaded) to email to the property manager, but of course NO RESPONSE. If you're even considering this place, DONT. Its not safe, its dirty, its overpriced and any issue or complaint you...
Read moreRoaches: Right when we moved in there were so many roaches it was sick! They sent in an exterminator and after about 5 days there were hundreds of huge dead roaches all around. Part of the appeal of this place was for us to have our full sized dog, but then it wasn't ever really safe for the animal outside. Ever.
Rats: Yup, rats in the back yard. I had to flood the back yard with water to get the rats to come up, then huck them over the wall with a shovel.
MOLD! Our bathroom walls seeped with mold. After taking off the bathroom vent to inspect there was thick mold all around. Everything in the apartment around the shower / toilets / developed mold so quickly even after cleaning.
Parking: We were not even there a month and my vehicle was towed away. They were not clear on the open parking and wasn't until I had to get my vehicle out of impound that I knew where to and where not to park. Be careful.
Residents: There are some very friendly residents there :) It's the upside of the place.
Pool: The pool was closed half the time we lived there. When it was open during the summer, it was always over crowded.
Laundry: The equipment is a rip off. You have to put money on a card, then you swipe the card in the washer or dryer. Half the equipment doesn't work, but you don't know it until the machine takes your money. I think by now most apartments come with washer and dryer, not sure.
Apartments that back up to the school: Kids... bless em. And you know how kids are, they thought it was funny (every day) to taunt our dog and throw stuff at her.
Cats: Stray cats everywhere! Hundreds!
Walls: VERY THIN! You can hear neighbors 2 apartments away.
Flooding: When it rains, the entire back yard is flooded for days even after the rain stops. The garages get flooded too.
Told management there well in advance of 30 days that we'd be leaving after the lease was up. Well, we didn't do it the right way and they sent us to collections. Nice.

Read moreI currently live here. I've lived here since April. And the ratings are definitely true. Our patio was broken into in the beginning and we had to get a lock even though the apartment complex told us we couldn't. I really don't care because it's my belongings being stolen. Also, the water is ALWAYS being turned off without any notice. It's extremely frustrating because it's usually in the morning when I'm getting ready for work. Like today. I wasn't able to take a shower because I had no idea the water would be turned off and my husband is returning from the gym with no water to shower before he goes to work. It is very annoying and a huge inconvenience. Especially if the water is turned off at night when we are cooking dinner. Sometimes we receive emails the day of or day before but not usually. And even then, that's not enough time to notify someone. So someone isn't doing their job.. However, the maintenance guys are very sweet and helpful. Very friendly, which I appreciate. The walls here are VERY thin. People just moved in above us and we hear stomping, running, items falling on the floor, at all times of the day but specifically at night. It's a huge inconvenience when we're trying to relax after a long day at work or even when we're in bed. (We go to sleep after 11pm) so there should not be people stomping and walking around so loudly. People will ask why we haven't contacted the apartments about the water, but we have. MANY times and nothing is done about it... Overall, it is a quiet place to live most of the time. We like our neighbors which is great! Not everyone gets that lucky. If they would fix the water situation and get some security patrolling, this place would be a lot better and I can see myself living here...
