Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Riverside

This Jack in the Box... though we DO GO THERE pretty OFTEN... Doesn't have the best service, but it's def. not the worst either! Another frustrating thing for someone could be getting directions off here, going to the location indicated, and finding there's not even a Jack in the Box there! There isn't anything there other than a soccer field! Lucky for anyone who really wants Jack in the Crack because there is one 2 lights down off of Blain & Iowa in the K-Mart & Stater Bro's parking lot. This location is reliable, your order will be correct, the food is good... Always hot and fresh tasting and they are quick! So quick it irritates me actually... I'll pull up, and right away I'm told the amount... Right there I already feel rushed because some of the time they'll tell you that at the window you'll be given the price, therefore I won't have the amount ready yet. I'm made to feel like I'm not getting it fast enough for them... No sooner then right after I've handed them the money... They're handing me my drink... Someone else maybe even that same person is handing me my change, and before i can even set the change down... And while My drink still hasn't made it into the cup holder either because I didn't have a second to do this yet either... They've got their arm with my bag of food just held out the window awaiting the hand off! I'm like WOW, at this point thinking to myself... Did I get my change yet... Yeah isn't that what I feel like I'm sitting on...okay got that... Food, my drink ...Oh My God! Where is my drink... After this I'm thirsty now... Good thing I realized I was thirsty, or I'd driven away with it on top of my trucks center console and it would've probably fallen over. I've been busy... They've loudly thanked me and are apparently waiting for me to drive off so they can bombard the next customer! I get hair way home and I'm calming down at the light realizing... I didn't get to ask for or be offered any sauce, napkins, I have 3 straws fir my one drink, and I'm pissed off now just because they just stressed me out... I have no sauces, and I'm home now!...

Went to get dinner last night, I'm prepared for this location to not have evening I wanted(large cups, curly fries, chicken) because that's usually the case, and I say please and thank you many times but I needed a separate order in another bag so I made two orders, when I paid after the first swipe the heavily obese Mexican lady with black hair who has been there for years decided to talk about thinking she was far enough around the corner saying "he paid with same card" some one else said" there's your man he knows what he wants" at this point she is livid, just unhinged practically throwing my food in the car and said have a good night, I asked for sauces and she tries to drop ketchup packets in my car, I tell her I want 2 of two different kinds and she only gives one and stared so I left, it seems like most the other people I see are hard workers maybe she just had a rough night IDK but I'm never going back there when there's another down the street the never runs out of large cups, I feel bad the people that have to...

I was on my way to a hvac supplier that morning and I decided to stop at this jack in the box to get a breakfast jack combo.

I got to the restaurant at about 5:36 am.

While I was waiting for the restaurant to open the lobby at 6 am, I noticed a big pile of food type trash spread out on the walkway in front door.

I watched as several employees walked right past this mess and not do anything to pick up the trash.

When the restaurant opened, I walked past the pile and ordered my food, I left the restaurant at about 6:15 am.

The trash was still on the ground.

Later on I wondered why the manager did not direct the employees to clean the area.

Many years ago I was the manager of a shell oil company gas station/convenience store.
