This place is horrible.. It needs a customer service training. This location is within two miles if the corporate offices and I would think a greater emphasis would placed on customer service. Arrived at 10:53 a.m. and ordered a very expensive breakfast burrito and a coffee. I left after eating to resume my laundry at the facilities next door at about 2:00 p.m. while finishing up my laundry project I began to feel stomach cramps (which I never get.) I then began to have other related issues and knowing that I probably ate something that didn't agree with me from that restaurant, I didn't hesitate to run back over to use the restroom. As I walked up to the counter the female (older Hispanic Woman who appeared to be a manager) stated that the restrooms were for paying customers only. Now I realize that there has been and continues to be an ecomically disadvantaged issue within the area. While I don't agree with that policy, Imuch more spalled over the fact that the female assumed that I was not a paying customer. She never asked me a question. She is right about one thing .. Going forward I will not ever be a paying customer. After all they were, I believe the cause for why it was so urgent for me to use the restroom from the beginning. No matter what kind of chicken you get from Here will be dried out. And I thought it was because I got grilled chicken the first time even there fried chicken is dry. dry chicken in a salad or a wrap is a no go!!! And the crazy part is I’ve been there 3× in a week and a half.1st time I ordered a wrap the last two times I ordered a salad. The first time I ordered a salad. I paid $11.95, tonight I ordered a salad. It cost me $13 and some change. and then, after only giving me one 2oz cup ranch. So I asked for two extra and she was like I’ll have to charge you. I said it’s OK cool but I want to speak to your manager also so when I spoke to the manager, I brought up the fact that the last two times that I’ve asked for extra ranch. I’ve never paid an extra cent and I brought up the fact that the price difference between the last time and tonight when it came to my salad, all she did was lie, and when she seen that, her lie wasn’t working she started gaslighting me. Long story short, save your money go somewhere where people are going to respect you because we work hard for our money and go somewhere with that food actually does taste like something. I live close so I come here often for a quick bite when I don't want to cook. The daybreak sandwich has been the one saving grace, and everything else on their menu is meh. Their new breadbowl is absolutely atrocious, for a ridiculous price also. On one exam morning I came here for the usual daybreak sandwich, and the unfriendly cashier failed to credit my 10% UCR student discount after I deliberately handed him my ID and told him I wanted the discount. He handed it back to me and charged me full price anyways. When I approached him with this issue, he took my receipt back to his manager/coworkers and laughed, muttering under their breaths. He returned with colored scribbles over my receipt, half jokingly informing me that the next time I come, bring this receipt for a 20% off. I don't know if he wanted to make an even bigger fool of me, but I know there won't be a next time for sure. Spend your hard earned money anywhere else but here,...
