SRS Design LLC — Local services in Riverside

My wife and I wanted to refurbish our entire home from floor to ceiling. I had just retired after 50 years working as a project manager for a commercial construction company so I understand proper installation procedures and costs, but neither my wife or I have the vision or design sense to coordinate the colors and materials needed to make sure that our house would look great.

We had interviewed another design firm, but when we met to review their proposal, we discovered that they really had not listened to us at all during our initial walk-thru. They only provided a single sky high proposal that included work that we did not want and left out scopes that we had requested.

A friend recommended SRS Design so we scheduled an appointment with them. The SRS designer, Sidney Bohannon, met us at our house to get an understanding of what we were wanting to accomplish. Sidney took a lot of photos and made some great recommendations as we toured the house. She was a good listener, had great ideas, a high energy level, and seemed excited to take on our project.

The work has been completed and we are extremely satisfied. Their installers did a great job and Sidney's design gave us exactly what we were hoping for. She has great tastes, is easy to work with, and helped us stay within our budget. We would highly recommend...

We are currently building a new house and used Jillian with SRS for all tile and carpet selections throughout the house. Jillian is knowledgeable, friendly, and definitely has a great eye for color/design. Our meetings were multiple hours, but they never seemed like that. She made them fun and kept the process moving along even when we showed signs of slowing down. Making selections for an entire house can be overwhelming, but her and our designer made it manageable. She was also able to source things not in the showroom and was extremely responsive and helpful with all requests, big or small. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Jillian and would highly recommend her & SRS Design to anyone looking for expert advise on anything from new construction...

We designed and build out dream home and I'm a contractor as well and were very particular in what we wanted and can not say enough good things about the service and detail given to attention to our needs. We have been in our home about 11 months now and and love it. At the end of the day the upgrades can be over-whelming and you think costly but it's really hard to go and redo it needs to be done right the on the first shot, Shannon helps us complete that and it ALL turned out GREAT !
