I want to review this place because I got a very unprofessional call from one of the staff members. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and 2/3 have been phenomenal. I recently got a massage by Connie and Joseph and they are absolutely amazing. They were very different massages but equally satisfying. However, the last time I came, I decided to try their waxing service and got a Brazilian/bikini wax and it was a terrible experience. I went in and she was friendly and I thought all was fine; I even made an appointment for a facial with her. But 2 days later I started getting ingrown hairs and bumps all over. I didn’t call to complain but knew I wasn’t going back to her. A month later (today), I call to cancel my facial appointment with her (I called a day before but they didn’t cancel) and just requested a cancellation and the receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. I genuinely said “to be honest, I wasn’t satisfied with my last service. So I’ll skip the facial”. Within 2 minutes the wax lady called me saying “well, you are pregnant…”; I stopped her and said “that doesn’t matter. I’ve been getting waxed since the beginning of my pregnancy and this has never happened. You clearly don’t know how to wax properly. Have a good day”. I am beyond livid because she didn’t take responsibility and blamed the customer. I didn’t even request for my money back, I was simply canceling my service with her. I have been looking for a go-to spa for facials, and I found it! Jasmin was the first person I encountered, and her welcoming spirit partnered with her patient demeanor really helped me make my choice to book their services! She took her time to explain my options thoroughly without rushing me to make a decision. The day of our appointment, my mom and I told Else we were celebrating a belated Mother's day, and Else quickly jumped into making it extra special for us! She and Mandy served us wine with a slice of cake, and allowed us to relax a bit before our facials and massages. The custom signature facial by Else was such a unique experience! From the beautiful ambiance to her therapeutic touch, Else made me feel like a special client. She had a wide array of machines to clear my skin through extractions, microdermabrasion, then oxygenate it, and even a hot stone upper-body massage! Wow! My skin felt clean and rejuvenated. Thank you Else for being such a beautiful human being! The massage by Mandy was also a relaxing one. Her setup is such a beautiful and peaceful one, that I even forgot I was in Riverside in 100°F weather. Her touch was so purposeful and methodical. I think I fell asleep at one point lol. Atmosphere is very soothing with classical music playing and lights dimmed. The service is amazing. When I took my mom's and waited for them, I was well taken care of by reception and the service remained observant, thoughtful, and kind. My mom's were even given flowers because it was mother's day. Love them and will definitely be coming again

I brought my Mom and Godmother for mother's day; they absolutely loved it. Both suffer from sciatic nerve pain, but their masseuse definitely helped. He was very thorough in explaining the tools he would use. Aroma therapy, hot stones, hot towels, cupping, and so on. He relieved the tension I didn't even know I had and also showed me some stretches that could help with my hip mobility. For the facials with Chailee, my momma and godmother came out glowing; they kept going on about how soft their faces were. I got mine done with the owner and she got rid of these bumps I had under my eyes for I don't know how long. She did quite a few extractions, but the slight pain was worth the result.
