Everything was great! I had a solitaire diamond ring that I would lose all the time because it was impractical to wear so I would take it off and set it down. Then it would be misplaced. I would find it again then lose it. This ring was gone for more than 5 years till I found it again this time. I wanted an in-house jeweler because I didn't want to drop it off to be sent out. I lose this ring all the time and I didn't want to risk it. I found Geneva and the reviews and craftsmanship looked amazing online. I got my ring back today and I am in aw. The work is so beautiful and it looks like it was made this exact way originally. The diamond certificate is engraved in the band, so I didn't want to lose that part. Went in to have my battery replaced and some links taken off of another. Experience from the time i entered til I left was exceptional. I didnt feel like just another customer, the owner and his son are great people and ive been in there again since then and it feels like a place where my friends work. They looked at my watch and asked if id liked it cleaned and polished. I looked at it and thought, "it doesnt need it. Its fine". They assured me it did and that i wouldnt be disappointed. I agreed because I felt comfortable. All I can say when i showed back up for it a few days later was, "WOW!!!" I thought they bought a new watch and replaced it with my old one. The difference was night and day. The glass had all the scratches removed and the band and watch bezel around the glass shined like new chrome. I cant recommend this place enough. They have earned my business for all my watches from here on....

Today I visited Geneva Jewelry in the Canyon Crest Center in Riverside. I was greeted by a very knowledgeable young man Michelangelo. I brought in 4,watches that needed batteries and bracelet links . I also purchased a beautiful diamond cross for my granddaughter and with his help got a beautiful chain to match the lovely cross. During the time I was getting the beautiful cross my watches were repairs and batteries placed . This shop deserves 5 ⭐️. I received the best possible personal service I have ever received in a jewelry store. The expertise and information was very interesting and informative regarding the jewelry I purchased.
