My colorist did not listen to my request for dark brown color similar to my natural color. She used black. Then while doing my grey highlights kept pulling the toner through so violently that she broke all the hair around my face. I came in with hair to my shoulders and left with three inches of hair along my hairline. I specifically asked for grey blue shades for my grey highlights, she used a Carmel brown and missed most of the right side oh my hair. I told her she was applying the toner unevenly, but she ignored me. I left the salon with a huge streak of white hair and white fluff around the right side of my face. The girl who did my hair saw it is a HUGE disaster and now wants me to come back so she can make the front of my hair brown and leave the back half of my hair black???? So unprofessional.. looks like they have the nails on lock, but hair.. not at all. HEATHER wanted to not finish a haircut because I commented on her work.. she cut way too short and refused to color or finish the haircut. I wish I wouldve left mid cut but didn't. They way I was treated was unacceptable and unprofessional for ANY salon especially for one that charges as much as this one. She gave us a discount for messing up so badly.
