The Rose Shop — Local services in Riverton

I found a couple pictures of the bouquet I wanted for my wedding and took it to a few places where I was told that the bouquet could be more expensive than usual and it might not look the same as the pics. When I got to the Rose Shop I was hesitant since other flower shops didn’t want to take the job. The woman who helped me with my flowers did a great job and I was really happy with the results and the overall price was great compared to the other places I went. Even tho my wedding was a year ago, I love to look at my wedding pics and see the beautiful bouquet.

I stopped by to ask for a simple bouquet of roses nicely decorated with brown paper. The florist was extremely rude and made it seem like a huge burden and stated the picture I showed her was photoshopped when it clearly wasn’t it was a simple red rose bouquet. It was clear she didn’t want to help me. I found a more affordable shop down the street who was able to assist me.

Update: I never placed an order due to their lack of customer service skills. Untrustworthy...

Took my lunch break to come here because they are the closest flower shop that I was told sells carnations. Walked in and there wasn't a single person there. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes until I finally just left. Was not very happy. Contacted the store, and got an immediate response from the manager.
