We went at about 4pm on a Friday and almost had the place to ourselves, food came so fast and fresh/hot. Waitress was so friendly and cute. Nice spacious inside dining, 10 booths (six with chairs across from the bench), high chairs, great single-room restrooms. I loved everything we got. Smallest dislike was my piece of the broccoli tempura. It was maybe too big? So it had pockets of completely uncooked tempura while also some exposed floret that burned in the oil instead of the tempura crisping up. Couldn't really eat that. But all other veggies were perfect and the Rangoon was delicious and hot. The rolls were so tasty (our go-to place before we moved to Riverton was Ichiban, and I would say these rolls seemed fresher to me, well balanced and nice size). Pink Lady roll was our mutual favorite, and it wasn't too spicy at all, just delicious jalapeno. But I loved the Ichi roll and Mars was good too. We'll definitely go again and keep trying new things, as I bet it's all a great version of its kind. Pretty affordable, too, for the quality! 4 rolls, 2 apps, and a soda (Pepsi products) was $53 plus tip came to $65. 👍👍
Update: we keep coming back here, and you can't go wrong. We've found our three favorite rolls as we work through trying new ones: pink lady, fat boy, burning roll. Their lo mein dishes are awesome too, orange chicken SO fresh, sweet and sour very classic and the breaded fried chicken is tender. Can't stop...

Read more02/15: Holy shit. Only a 5 month difference. Went in the last time, everything was great. They were incredibly helpful. This time, the male server rambled off some recommendations. But was kinda pushy about it. My wife tried to order something that had spicy tuna in it but "it's premade" so no. Not like they don't have non spicy tuna. Kinda weird. Dude wouldn't budge, he would push his recommendations like he was going to make commission or would be executed out back by a General in the Chinese army
I have a big problem with reading reviews to find a decent place in Utah for good food. So many folks act pretentious in their reviews, acting like they're trying for a reach around or free food or something. It's hard to find a real genuine review. So here's mine: damn good food! Eating their sushi makes you forget you are eating sushi in Utah. Great service. We ordered the Evil Eyes, which is great but the menu didn't mention spicy. The only problem here was the menu was kinda vague on some things. My wife can't handle spicy. Like mayo is too spicy. You know. But that ment more Evil Eyes for me. We spoke to the server and that awesome sushi master dude made Evil Eyes without spice and holy shit it was great!!!!...
