Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru — Restaurant in Riverton

We love Roxberry however, today's experience was no good at the Riverton location. I don't know if the speaker wasn't working or if the workers weren't listening very well but they got my order wrong, then verified it with me when I got to the window and I adjusted the things they got wrong, then still messed up the order. I asked for no blueberries on a smoothie bowl for my daughter, they did no berries (asked them to add all the berries but blueberries), it didn't taste right and the granola was smothered in honey. They didn't do my son's Ocean Breeze smoothie right. He got 2 scoops of whey protein (got this at the South Jordan store and no problems), they made it in a 16 oz even though we ordered a 24 oz. They fixed that and gave us back a 24 oz cup that was liquid and frothy. Looks like all they did was add some more liquid to right the wrong size they gave us. That's unacceptable so I told them that this wasn't a smoothie and they said it was because of the whey protein. I don't think so. They said they would fix it. Got it back and it was less liquefied. When we got home and gave it to my son it tasted nasty! My smoothie was super thick and had lots of bigger chunks. The only thing they seemed to get right was my husband's smoothie. 1 out of 4 😩. Not happy. Most likely won't return to that location and keep with the South Jordan one. ...

I love Roxberry! I had never heard of Roxberry a few years ago. Then one day my father and I were in downtown SLC for a wedding. We went and got some drinks from Roxberry, and I remember saying to myself, "Dang! This is so much better than Jamba Juice. About 3 months later I was really craving a Roxberry smoothie, but I didn't want to drive all the way back to downtown . I looked up other locations and found this one not too far away from my house. Now 2 years later, I go here all the time. I have a membership because of how much I go! All of the drinks are amazing, and they have super healthy options. I remember one time I went in there I saw a machine juicing the oranges, and I then knew how fresh everything was here! This place is a the best for a good smoothie. I go here all the time, and so should...

EDIT: After getting an immediate response from the company apologizing and asking to make it right, this is what will make me go back. A family owned company who’s first priority to make the customers happy is what most companies lack. Everyone has bad days, could have been the girls first week on the job, I hope this is a learning experience to them. Thank you Roxberry for making it right.

Waited in line for 15 minutes, then she hands me 2 drinks when I ordered 1. I asked if she charged me for 2 drinks and she doesn’t know. Waited another 7 minutes just for them to ask if I can check my bank to see if they charged me for 2. At this point I was furious and told them to forget about it, instead of offering something (since I paid for 2 drinks and for 1) she just said sorry....
