Summerfield Crossing — Local services in Riverview

Summerfield isnt a bad neighborhood as far as crime. The summerfield community center is the issue. The women at the front desk have little to no respect for residents. The larger pool is closed most of the year, even during summer. Residents pay maintenance fees, so they are paying maintenance fees for a pool that is always closed. My boyfriend, a couple kids and i wanted to go to the pool. They told us that we can go in, but we need the homeowner to get us out of the pool. His mother was out of the country at the time. I am 23, he is 22. Why do we need his mom to get us from the pool!? So if a 45 yr old man was living with mom, his mom being the homeowner, he would need his mother to get him from the pool? Also the school Summerfield crossings elementary school hold the entire lane on the two lane road during the week. The cars waiting for their children take the whole lane. It is only a teo lane roadm with the cars going into the oppositions lane, to get around, could potentially cause an accident. The crazy part is that they have to land to solve this problem. There is a huge field between the school and the communtiy center. Also there use to be a couple tables and benches in the entrance of the community center with a roof over for shadem they got rid of it. My guess it that there were too many black teens hanging around. Must be a bad look for the neighborhood. When me and my boyfriend goes for walks through the neighborhood there is no place to sit, and talk. This neighborhood has more houses then places to entertain. My last visit me and my wife pull up on the driveway I made sure when making my order to let them know please mo peanut, we pull up we order two icecream sundae one strawberry and one pineapple. When the person was going to serve us me the sudae I can see the peanuts , I told the person I said it has peanuts we can't because of my wife allergic reaction to peanuts (to make it easier I say no peanuts not to confuse them because I'm good with peanuts) let me tell you the sundae looked so delicious you can see the separation of the pineapple and the strawberry, so they fixed the order but with attitude when they gave me the sundae it had no separation just a drop of strawberry and pineapple in the bottom only and this was both sundae I was going to tell the to have someone else to make but I was a gentle that day, (I made it clear with my order and this how they treated there customers because of their mistakes not...

HOA is ridiculous. I feel sorry for whoever goes around writting citations...must lead a very boring and hateful life to take so much time out of their day to find the littlest flaws with peoples property. Been cited for car being a 1/2 inch on grass...car blocking 1 inch of sidewalk...trash can left out day after trashrun...I can understand wanting to maintain a nice neighborhood so why dont they concentrate on street repairs and junky houses and who approved a green home in the midst of...
