There needs to be a separate category for Service Appts and Follow Through with scheduled service appts. It is absolutely and completely the worst ever. Well, I cannot truly say the service part is, because THEY NEVER SHOW UP! We purchased new living room furniture in April 2022, paid cash and picked up ourselves. NO COUCH was shipped. Not this storeās fault, the warehouse didnāt send or sent somewhere else. Mary was all over that part, and had us a couch delivered to our home the next week, and did not charge for delivery. On arrival, I questioned the delivery guys if this was the store display couch (WHICH I CERTAINLY DID NOT WANT). I was assured by the delivery guys it was not, and they had just unpackaged it outside. Why would you unpackaged the couch outside first of all? Wouldnāt you bring it in the house with all the cardboard and/or plastic wrap protection to avoid scratching the furniture coming through doorways?? Not sure if thatās the furniture store policy to unwrap outside or the delivery guys, but it is NOT a good plan. So they banged the couch on the hand railings coming up the stairs, and thereās a few fine scratches on our new couch. Iām thankful to finally have a couch to sit on, and unless you know the scratches are there, you barely see them so I let it slide. Later that evening, I discover one of the buttons on the couch doesnāt work. The legs work, but the headrest/pillow part does not work. I called the next morning and scheduled first available service for them to come look at it which was May 4 āin the morningā No exact time is given, so I cleared my schedule for the day and stayed at home. No show, no call to cancel or reschedule. I even saw one of their trucks two miles from our house and was excited thinking they were almost here. I called the store to inquire after it was getting close to noon. Spoke to Paige, she apologized for the negligence and we rescheduled. Same thing next appt, and the next. Then on the third reschedule, a man did call late morning to inform me they were short staffed and would not be able to come, someone would call me back later to reschedule. Weeks go byā¦.and I hear nothing. Then on the third week, Paige calls to reschedule, we play phone tag for a while but finally I reach someone else and they get me rescheduled for today JULY 27, 2022. Should hear something from someone first thing in the morning to give you a time, is what I was told!! So once again, I take off work, clear my calendar and wait around for them. Itās really hard to believe as many times as this has been rescheduled and as many months as weāve waited, that a company would actually NO SHOW, NO CALL again to the same very patient customer. But that is exactly what happened AGAIN! Not once, not twiceā¦but FOUR TIMES now and I have completely lost my patience with this store.

Delivery guys very unprofessional and made a mess when delivering Friday 10/10 They dropped it twice then struggled to get it inside. Mind you this was an identical refrigerator they had delivered through the same door before. They took the handles off then took the doors off left it facing opposite from my view and was about to leave when I did my inspection and found multiple areas they had knocked and scraped off all the paint of it. Also wide scratches on it. We took pics and called store my salesperson assured me she had me another one coming Monday 10/13. I called that day to get edt was told wouldn't be delivered that day they had inventory. I asked to speak with that sales rep and manager was told they don't take calls on inventory days. I still have t heard from anyone even after contacting corporate office. This has been a horrible experience for me and I pray everyone will consider other options to avoid the same mess.will...

What question do you have for someone who is not a customer and does not owe you money. How am I suppose to account for other people that do not live at my house. Completely rude company. Have purchased from here years ago and the customer service wasn't great then either. Employees do not clearly know the terms of contracts make sure you read over them because they will try to charge you twice and if you pay off early they will not automatically remove interest if that was a promotional deal you had when purchasing.
