Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

I ordered two orders of pepperoni crazy puffs on two separate tickets. Neither of them were like the orders we received last week. They had pepperoni on top with little to no seasoning. On the inside on one of the orders there was no cheese in them and no red sauce either. On the second one it had cheese inside and no sauce. Both was dry. We was very disappointed. We can back thinking how great our food was last week so we wanted more and now it has completely made us feel like we don’t even want to chance it anymore. We was so impressed last time but I guess different cooks on different shifts cook them differently and forget to add what is suppose to be in the recipe. The lady at the drive thru window never gave us receipts either so when we came back through to get the second order that was being made she had to ask what we had and I had to basically repeat what we got cause we had no receipt given to us when she took our order initially. I was told by the young nasty attitude girl at the drive thru who took my order that it would be ready in 45 minutes I waited an extra ten minutes when I got to the window she told me it still minutes wasn’t ready. A sausage pizza and 2 cheese bread. She told me to come back in another 20 minutes I asked will it be ready then. Her reapply I can’t promise that. I asked to speak to the manager after about 5 minutes the young girl told me to come inside and I told her I couldn’t I am handicapped and she shut the windows. A few later she came back to the window and told me to drive around again I told her no. After about 5 minutes I blew my horn asked for my money back and for the store manager name and the 800 number. Have Had some Little Things Happen Here But Normally There Pretty Good. My Son Is Obsessed And Has Lived On Lil Ceasers Pizzas For Like 4-5 Years. Smh. He Finally Got Older And Eats Alot Better Now But He Would Have Starved To Death With Having Pizza And It Wasn't Just A Pizza It HAD To BE LIL CEASERS PEPPERONI PIZZA 🍕 Or None At All. Lol.
