Cook Out — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

i went threw for a quick meal while traveling and the staff was extremely rude and clearly did not want to be working there, while ordering, there was no greeting or anything. while ordering i stated multiple times i wanted bbq sauce on my sandwich,(there was none) i said thank you yes ma’am yes please etc and there was not even one your welcome the whole time, not only that, when i went to the front counter i said, could i please add a side of cookout sauce honey mustard and a cup off bbq added to my tab please the guy at the sliding door looked at me said nothing at all and took my card gave it back gave me one drink i said thank you he closed the door. gave the the rest of my food i said thank you and he looked at me and closed the door. that was very rude, not only this when i was driving i noticed i didn’t have no sauce i asked for nor did i have straws. the name on my receipt is raven, i no longer have the receipt for my bbq sandwich but i do the other meal...

Unacceptable Customer Service after a long tiring drive home. I ordered a Bbq sandwich with french fries, when I got to the window of the drive-thru they had a platter/order & price😱? I corrected them, they changed the order, gave me a total of $5.01 took my debit card, gave it back WITHOUT A RECEIPT📠🚩I asked "No receipt" window attendant said No! When I refused to drive away, she gave it to me. To my surprise the cashier charged my card the PLATTER TOTAL of $5.87. No Wonder She (and 1 of the supv.) didn't wanna give the receipt! I called back and talked to Another supv. he told me if I came back he would refund the difference. Of course I drove Back?! They are hard of hearing. One week I go there ask for a cup of slaw and get home to discover it is a cup of cheese. Who is the one to think that with a bbq plate some one wants cup of freaking cheese? A few days later. We go back to tell them about the mix up and instead of giving us some slaw they ask for the receipt. Next time I might bring the the darn cheese back and let them throw it away. Also they give me a bag that is wet on the inside and leaking. I tell her to give me a another bag so I can put my slaw back in it . She is gone for awhile and then comes back and ask me what I want. I had already told her to get me a bag and now she ask me what I want. All I got to say make sure you check everything before you leave and if they act like they did not hear you, make sure they hear you the second time. They may need more...
