Burger King — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

Horrible customer service. Drove up to the window to pay with cash in hand but cashier handed me my bag and didn't take my money. I told her I needed to pay and she walked off. Other workers kept looking at me but never approached the window. Finally someone who looked like a manager came over and said I had to wait as they were having shift change. I told her someone already gave me my food and I needed to pay that I could have just drove off. She said no ma'am and snatched my money and told me I had to wait. I didn't care for the look on her face so I put the bag back in the window, she said I threw it, and asked for my money back. It took three times asking politely before she gave it back. Waited in the drive-through 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. When I pulled up to the speaker, I waited another 10 minutes, and I was told to wait. Wait for what exactly, it was a clear shot from me past the window and to the road. Maybe 3 to 4 cars in parking lot so it wasn't busy. No wonder you're not busy and won't be with the trash service. After a certain time of night they only offer 2-4 whoppers. I have 4 children and on this particular night they were only offering 2 whoppers. I jokingly asked if i can make 2 orders and the cashier said you can have 2 whoppers with an attitude.
