At first it was the little things. Associates weren't helping any shoppers including myself because they had food behind the counter, then a rude woman with a strong accent I took to be the shift manager or the lead yelled at one of the workers to come help me. Associate was nice and I settled on a ring set they had to order. Until it came in I had several calls with manager Ryan and he was nice. But I was disappointed again when they called and said the ring was in but I HAD to come get it that day or the next day or the promotion was going to end and my cost was going to go up. I live 90 minutes away. I picked it up the next day and I thought everything was done. They had told me 20% down payment and a Kay's card that would be 0% interest for the first 12 months. That was either false information or a error signing me up because I then ended up getting charged a bunch of interest and by the time I realized it on my statements the disputes center would not help me. Not the worst service I've seen, but definitely not a good experience. Needless to say I will be paying off this Kay's card asap and shop somewhere else next time and I advise anyone to...

This is the first time we had ever done anything like this and my boys were kind of excited about it but whoever the younger guy was working today around 2:30pm on 12/11/22 killed all of that bc he had no interest in helping us whatsoever. We went there bc online shows an assortment of initial jewelry and he told us that we would have to order it and that was the end of our conversation. He basically told us to have a nice day after that and didn’t even give suggestions or point us to other types necklaces and made me feel like we should leave. All I know is I felt extremely judged like we were a waste of time. We are clean cut and I have very expensive jewelry on my hands but this guy made me feel like he thought we didn’t have the money to be in there. If anyone would like the price range we were shopping in we liked the Disney initial necklaces. I’m just offended all the way around by the experience we had today. Read moreI have been to several Kay Jewelers for ring inspections, and, unfortunately, this is probably the worst Kay Jewelers I have been to. About a month ago, I took my engagement ring and wedding band in for it's bi-annual inspection. Everything seemed to check out and I left, seemingly pleased that my ring did not need to be serviced at this time. About a month later, I received an email saying that my engagement ring was due for an inspection, despite having done this only a month prior. Worried about this, I went to my local Kay Jewelers where I learned that the associate who helped me at this store had never marked down that my rings were inspected (even though she took my phone number like usual). If I had not brought my ring in to my local Kay, the warranty that I PAID money for would have lapsed. Not only that, she had clearly done a subpar job because the other Kay Jewelers found MULTIPLE loose stones on both my engagement ring and wedding band. I highly recommend you never use this Kay Jewelers for ring inspections. I can only imagine the subpar job they do on everything else...
