Very Bad Customer Service. As a new member went to the Robbinsville Location on 02/20/2024 around 3:15 pm for the very first time after signing up online. During signup by mistake had selected a location all the way in GA as home club. When my husband went to Robbinsville location about 2 weeks ago the person at the front desk helped him right away to change his home club location as we could not do it from the app. He mentioned that I have to go in person and they will be able to help me for the same issue. but when I went there yesterday (02/20/2024 around 3:15) the person at the front desk was very rude and not customer friendly at all. He asked me to call that location and ask them to change my home club since it was out of state and he can't call. So I all GA location and the person said he can do it but it will take 5-7 business days to update my club. I went back to the person and said that if he could help me so I don't have to wait for a week he bluntly said "well I don't know how to do it. and that you have to wait until it gets updated". Next thing I asked was if I can get the schedule for the classes and he bluntly said "we don't have any schedule" on top of this the person did not even have courtesy to stand in front of you and talk face to face with eye contact. He constantly kept moving around doing random stuff and paying no attention to what I needed help with or show any interest in helping. I literally got so pissed off and I walked out of the place. This is not the type of customer service any one expects no matter if it's a new customer or a regular customer. PF claims it to be a Judgement Free Zone but when you can not even make a new customer feel comfortable or welcomed its...

Why are the members being kicked out of the gym 10 mins before closing?
It happened today when the staff turned the siren 5 times in from 6:51pm to 6:56pm, walked around and literally yelled at people to leave the gym.
So many people frsutrated came out of the gym and were talking that this is not the way. First of all as per the contract, members are allowed to workout until the official time of 7pm over weekends, second, its not right to yell at members and ask them to leave.
We had some excellent staff like Kathy, Anthony and others who always respected members and kept a fun environment in the gym. Current state is sad. Please do something about it.
------------- previous review from year ago ----- We used to go to another gym in the East Windsor area and decided to give this new gym in Robbinsville for the first time. Both I and my son were very impressed with the layout, structure and new equipments, but the main thing that stands out is the staff, especially Devin, who not only helped us setting up in the new gym but also made it feel like home. Now I and 4 of my friends have already moved to Robbinsville PF and Devin has been a great help.
Devin is one of the pros who knows how to manage the gym well and also keep the members really going with their experience. Love...

When I spoke to Manager Ben, I was told that my credit card was being used as a backup payment method because my bank account information was not set up correctly at sign-up. However, I had no idea I was being charged a late fee until I stopped going to the gym for a while and in the app there was a pop-up about late fees when I resumed recently. If you are a member and not active, you maybe getting charged without knowing whatās going. What's more frustrating is, there was no communication from the club about the issue with my bank account or the additional $15 late fee on top of monthly fee.
