I wish I could give this store a zero... I really do! I walk into the store sick to my stomach unsure of how I will be treated by the staff. If not for variety and quality of the products I would never step a foot in this establishment for the rest of my life. A couple weeks back, when picking out jewelry I was immediately harassed and confused by a staff member. She repeatedly shouted yes? yes? I did not know what she meant and stood there taken aback. Once we got that sorted I asked if there was a certain type of jewelry. I was fixed with a frightening glare and audible sigh. I did not realize it would be such a hassle for some people to do their jobs. Not the first time I've had a problem and this has been the last straw. Never going back and I recommend you do...

I went to this store yesterday because I was looking for a chain for a pendant that i own. The salesperson pointed to a stack of chains on the other side of the store and said that's where the chains were. No assistance was offered even when I showed her my pendant. The store only had a few other customers and she was not waiting on anyone else. The rest of the staff was too busy rearranging tables with merchandise in the store. Really? This is your goal and not to offer assistance to customers? One of the salesperson looked right at me while I was looking at the chains but did not say a word to me. I left without making a purchase. As usual, the staff couldn’t seem less interested in your presence if they tried. Two girls behind the counter staring at their phones and an older woman loudly chatting away about Lizzo? Completely ignored as usual and they make you feel downright uncomfortable. One girl with perpetual RBF and the other one with the dark hair didn’t even look up. So sorry to disturb you! Inventory has gone downhill and prices up. They have nothing so unique or special that you can’t get somewhere else where the salespeople actually acknowledge your presence.
