U.S. Nails — Local services in Robbinsville Township

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I am currently sitting inside the salon writing this - infuriated! I came here because it is close to home and it had decent reviews on google. This is by far the worst mani/pedi experience OF MY LIFE. I was rushed the minute I walked in. They did my gel manicure WHILE they did my pedicure - yup, the entire thing...not just removing my old gel polish. They barely have any tables in the front for manicures so I see why now. Literally had 3 people working on me at once so I could not keep up with who was doing a good job or not. I guess saved me the trouble, cause they all sucked. I came for an experience but instead felt like just a number to them. They were doing everything in their power to rush me out! The lady painting my feet literally messed up every single nail and then was side eyeing my to see if I was getting upset. They constantly were talking LOUDLY in chinese..and could clearly tell it was about me. I am of immigrant decent and have nothing against speaking in a native language but i truly feel it interrupted the experience people come. This place is a nightmare, save your $65 and go do something else...

Overall, it was a very rushed experience with subpar work. My nails on my feet and on my hands need to be fixed in the sense that they were not cut properly.

I'm unsure if they get many male customers, from the way they treated me you would think not. Much of the staff kept looking at me and smirking or making some comment and then laughter. While I do not know the language they spoke, body language can say a lot.

There was no exfoliation of the skin, half hearted cuticle work, and terrible nail cutting. Couple that with the speed job to get us out the door since it was close to closing (which we called to confirm closing time and were told 7:30 but if we came by 7:10 they would still take us) time.

Overall I found this to be a terrible experience. Having gotten Mani-Pedi's since the fall of 2007 I feel that I have experienced enough locations to understand what should be and what shouldn't be.

I just went to see Cindy,Ron & Jimmy today. While making small talk with Cindy, she mentioned that I have been coming to U.S.Nails for twenty (20) years this fall. I was both stunned and not so stunned when I learned this . I was not stunned because it’s like saying “ I have been with my family for x-amount of yrs . It just seems like they have always been there( like family) I can’t remember a time when this fine group of people haven’t been in my life !! I love each and everyone of them!! Then on the other hand , it’s stunning to learn it’s been 20 yrs! The smile that I’m greeted with and the love I feel has made the years fly by. It’s so rare to have this type of relationship with a service oriented business but this salon is so much more then that. I hope your lucky enough to have the type of relationship that I have.
