Bill Perilli from Smires was the seller's agent for my recent home purchase in Hamilton. Bill did not disclose before or during the sale (we were informed by our lawyer) that the seller was his daughter. Bill and the seller were consistently dishonest and deceitful about the house throughout the process, not disclosing items that were broken and in several instances applying hurried and shoddy repairs to make the items appear satisfactory so they wouldn't be noticed during inspection. While some items were minor, there were several major issues which involved permits and township variances which Bill was either aware of and did not disclose, or he did not do his due diligence as an agent to be aware that these issues existed and should be disclosed.
I would definitely think twice before getting involved in any deal where Bill is involved. I don't believe that he or his agency...
