United States Postal Service — Local services in Robesonia

The absolute worst post office we've ever experienced. I've obviously used the PO my whole adult life but on top of that we run a small business and ship consistently. We had to literally stop using this post office because they never picked up, they never answer the phone and they are consistently inconsiderate and rude. I understand the world we are in and the lack of individuals working but there is something to be said about taking pride in your work and if this is a "bigger than this branch" issue then the postal service needs to step up. For a time they weren't even delivering mail - but didn't even bother informing those of us that they weren't delivering too. Do better or find a different job. This is the worst post office I have ever used. I've caught the delivery driver falsely writing a note that I wasn't home without ever knocking on my door, so I called the post office. They never pick up the phone on the first try and when they do answer the phone the lady I usually talk to is SUPER rude and doesn't let me finish a sentence. For some reason this year we hardly ever get mail and this post office sucks at delivering my packages and they always make me come in to pick them up. I have security cam footage of this lady sitting in her car filling out the note rather than knocking on my door. One of my letters was also opened that appeared to have a gift card in it. I was spoken to in a rudely manner when picking up my package.
