H-E-B — Local services in Robstown

I’m really disappointed with the quality and service at HEB. The meat and produce are consistently low quality, often not fresh, and the chicken I bought was mottled purple — completely unappetizing and concerning. The employees are very rude and unfriendly, which only makes the shopping experience worse. On more than one occasion, I've seen cashiers walk off the register and take a long time to return, leaving customers waiting with no explanation. Even though it's small and not an HEB PLUS it still holds water for being the only true grocery store in such a small, economically poor city. But the store is clean, has it's own bakery, except for the super long line at Customer Service; no complaints. I just went in and out on about 10 mins with everything I needed; and no wait in the Express lane. But my most favorite thing was I didn't have to bag my own groceries.
