Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Robstown

Food was hot, not correct but hot. There were not any hot and ready pizzas ready and no crazy bread ready either. If this was an occasional issue i would let it pass but it seems to be a habit. Three visits different days of the week and different times proves to me this is a common issue. Having to wait for a pizza to be made to order and discovering when you get home it isn't did not make me happy either. The only reason i give three stars is because I saw the person waiting on the customers and still washing his hands before continuing the food prep he had good manners and even though i had to remove the topping we asked not to have it was hot when we got it and when we got home. This place is poorly run its laughable. Everytime I go there you have to wait n wait n wait just to get an employees attention to pick up an order you already placed and paid for. Since covid their only focus is on drive thru and customers at the front counter are avoided like the black plague.

Yesterday I went there to pick up my pepperoni pizza n breadsticks took 22 minutes of waiting for them to do 5 second task!!! So tired n frustrated supporting corporations during this pandemic who don't even appreciate me trying to support them in their time of need. Only supporting locally owned and operated from now on. You've ignored me one too...

Never have we waited so long for this place to get our order ready for us. We waited for 45 minutes and it was really packed. People were already waiting for 45 minutes by the time we arrived. The lady at the front was really rude and the manager didn’t seem to know what he was doing as his employees were recommending things for him to do. One lady told him to not tell her what to do after he had asked them politely to get the front in order.
