The food was good but I knock 1 star off because our waitress wasn't all there. We ordered iced tea and assumed it was unsweetened, I even asked for sugar and she didn't tell me it was sweet tea. So our tea was super sweet and we couldn't figure out why until a diff waitress was super helpful and after asking her she told us they offer both types. I think it would have been nice of our waitress to ask if we wanted sweet or unsweet since we are diabetics. My mother asked for a Tostada with beans and cheese and she borightvit out with shredded cheese unmelted. I didn't think we needed to specify it was supposed to be melted but once again asking questions would be nice to make sure your customers get what they ask for. After that the other waitress kept checking back in on us and she was really nice. Our original waitress never came back. I regret not getting names but oh well. The tortillas were overheated because the edges were hard but other than that food was good. We were just passing through on our way back home from out of town and we would return but this place just needs to train their...
Read moreThe food at this restaurant is very good. I think the customer service is very lacking. There is one lady in particular who is extremely rude, and I feel prejudiced. I am mixed, but I look white, I am married to a Mexican. When we go, if she waits on us, she would only speak to my husband, She even told me that I should be speaking Spanish, I needed to learn. Two times, she waited on us. I got extremely sick that night. After eating the food she brought. Another time I ordered the Mexican plate, they brought the tacos and nothing else. She said the food would be out in a minute my husband ate all of his food, I ate my tacos and she came by and asked him if everything was okay I said no where's the rest of my food. She then brought me my plate with the rest of my food. If it wasn't for the rude service and feeling of discrimination because I don't speak Spanish and I don't look Hispanic, I would frequent this restaurant more. I would prefer takeout to avoid...
Read moreI ordered food that I always order when I come into town. I come all the way from Abilene, Texas, just to be able to get food from them. This is the first time that I was denied for them to fix my food or to even give me a refund, I told him I wanted A parrillada for two with no onions, no pico de gallo because they know I am hardly allergic. I left him a voicemail because they weren’t answering and when I called to speak to the manager today, he said there was nothing he can do about it because they don’t keep the tickets from the prior day, so he chooses to lose a loyal customer that always goes there tickets that they dispose of, but I have the receipt. I even told them I have the food I didn’t eat it because of course I can’t and he said can do nothing about it. they lost me as a customer, which they probably don’t care but if they continue with this kind of service, they probably won’t have a business. God...
